Find a new rhythm.
A while ago, the thought of a monday morning alone was overwhelming, today it has changed. Through a regular meditationpractice we learn how to stay centered and clam, and act adequately.

Monday Meditation Club starts 11.01.21. This closed Group consits of 11 morning and a pdf for each Meditation we practiced.

The sessions are designed to fit beginners as well as advanced practioners.
You will learn diffrent techniques form different school.

(Like Tao, Tantra, Yoga - Pranayama, Mudra, Mantra and Dhyana)

This way you can train your meditationmuscles, feel the support of the group and start a new way to beginn the week.

All the meditations that I teach in this course have been part of my life for a while, and I am happy to share them with you, for you to get all the benifits of meditation in 2021!

This will be part guided practice and part free flow.
So we can sweat and shake with some intention in our hearts.
