Find a new rhythm.
Through regular meditation practice, we learn how to stay centered and calm and act adequately.

This closed Group consists of 8 mornings and a pdf for each Meditation. The sessions are designed to fit beginners as well as advanced practitioners. This way you can train your meditation muscles, feel the support of the group and start a new way to begin the week.

We will practice essential Pranayama techniques and sit together in the quiet of the morning. I am happy to share this circle and time with you, for us to get all the benefits of meditation in 2021.
